• Daily : backups, logs, system and antivirus updates, firewalls, disk space, processes, services, CPU load, exchange's size (if applicable).

• Weekly : audit shares and permissions, installed programs, special patches, cleaning server, manual antivirus and anti-spywares scan.

• Monthly : update routers, switches and access points (firmwares), backup selection, clean backup drive (if applicable), reboot the server if necessary, test data recovery. Physical cleaning of all the computers : dust in power supplies and CPUs fans, keyboards, mice, and so on.
